Job Description

1. International Travel Coordination

  • Manage end-to-end international travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transportation, and itinerary planning.
  • Handle multi-country travel schedules and complex routing requirements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of travel documents and approvals.

2. Visa & Immigration Management

  • Oversee international visa processing for business and work travel.
  • Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa partners.
  • Track documentation requirements and ensure compliance with immigration laws.

3. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with airlines, hotels, travel agencies, and car rental partners.
    Negotiate corporate rates and contracts to optimize travel costs. Maintain relationships with global travel vendors.

4. Travel Policy & Compliance

  • Implement, review, and update company travel policies.
  • Ensure employees adhere to guidelines for safe and compliant travel.
  • Maintain travel MIS, dashboards, and reporting.

5. Financial Management

  • Manage the travel budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Review and verify travel expense claims (T&E).
  • Provide regular reports on travel spend trends.

6. Crisis & Risk Management

  • Support employees in case of travel disruptions, emergencies, or itinerary changes.
  • Monitor global travel advisories and ensure traveller safety.
