Job Description

Role Overview: You will be supporting experienced Sourcing Specialists and working on projects/matters of limited complexity. You will gain experience in the procurement process, commercial, and contract management. Building relationships with stakeholders involved in procurement activities will be a key part of your role. Your main focus will be on tactical purchasing. Key Responsibilities: - Following the sourcing strategy - Organizing the process of Request for Proposal (RFP) as per guidelines - Helping to identify potential providers - Having basic knowledge of the stakeholder community within the work perimeter - Managing relationships with tactic providers - Participating in analyzing supplier performances - Maintaining contact with clients and suppliers on specific contract procurement matters - Supporting the delivery of Procurement services into the Business - Understanding the P2P process and supplier costs across the business - Having basic knowledge about cross-functional work - Building knowledge and experience in a number of domains of expertise Qualifications Required: - Providing services according to the scope assigned by the Category to meet specific KPIs - Supporting Sourcing Specialists in driving small spend RFx - Executing sourcing strategies to obtain quotations to meet internal Stakeholders requirements - Ensuring correlation between contract, quotes, and Purchase Requisition during the validation process - Being responsive to local Stakeholders in solving day-to-day sourcing activities - Cooperating with senior professionals on requests coming from Stakeholders - Being accountable for process compliance within the work perimeter - Contributing to global strategy compliance - Contributing with local input to global categories strategies - Contributing to Category sourcing strategy including forecasting, identification, delivery, and reporting of savings - Contributing to the supplier maintenance process - Acting in line with overall procurement policies and processes Please note that the JD does not contain any additional details about the company.,
