Job Posting Title: Specialist, Order Management CTC: 5.2 LPA max Duration of assignment:2 Years Shift Timings: EMEA Shift (1:30 PM- 10:30 PM) Work Location and Address- Dell Hyderabad (WFO-All 5 days) No transport facility, however, drop service will be provided for female employees after 8:00 PM. Experience Range: Total Exp: 2-4 Years Rel Exp: 1-2 years in Order Management Mandatory Skills (3 must have): •O rder management, Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes •Proficiency in MS Excel •Problem-solving skill •Ability to work under pressure. •Willing to work additional hours as required by business needs. •Proficient in Email writing •Only immediate Joiners Degree Requirements: Graduate Target Start Date: Immediate Roles and Responsibilities (JD) •End-to-end order management and processing of products, services and solutions received via sales staff and direct customers •Interfaces with and supports both internal and/or external customers •Completes order requirements, and checks the price and quantity of each item listed •Completes and maintains customer records per business controls •Liaises with cross-functional teams to drive velocity, backlog management and frictionless rate.
