Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Verify, review, and audit customer

  Purchase Orders

  for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist

  Sales Representatives and Customers

  with all aspects of order placement and support.
• Enter and manage

  print, digital, and online service orders

  accurately in the system.
• Collaborate with team members to process

  large, complex, and multi-location orders

  .
• Work closely with

  Sales Operations, Fulfillment Operations, and Accounting teams

  to collect required information and ensure timely order processing.
• Identify order-related issues and proactively collaborate with multiple teams to resolve them.
• Escalate trends, risks, or recurring issues to management to support

  process improvement and policy enhancements

  .
• Demonstrate strong

  active listening skills

  while handling customer and internal requests.
• Provide order entry support to additional internal teams as required.
• Manage

  special one-off orders and projects

  as assigned.

Required Education & Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in

  Customer Service / Order Entry / Order Management

  roles.
• Proven experience providing

  high-quality customer service

  , including order processing.
• Experience working with

  global customers

  .
• Knowledge of

  customer service best practices and processes

  .
• Experience with

  warehouse and shipping best practices

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Salesforce

  and Purchase Order processing.
• Exposure to

  Rootstock, Softeon

  , or similar order management systems is preferred.
• Strong

  PC proficiency

  with Microsoft Office tools.

• Excel

  : Basic proficiency required; growth toward intermediate proficiency encouraged.
• Working knowledge of

  Google Sheets

  is an added advantage.
