Order & Customer Support Executive

About Us:

We are looking for a presentable and well-spoken individual with a strong sense of empathy to join our team as an Order & Customer Support Executive. This role involves end-to-end order processing, managing customer queries, and contributing to campaign support efforts. You will be a vital part of ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Location- Chhatarpur

Primary responsibilities will include:

• Manage end-to-end order lifecycle: from placement to successful delivery.
• Provide prompt, polite and professional customer service via calls, emails or chats regarding order status, delays, returns & queries.
• Coordinate with logistics and pharmacy teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of orders and customer interactions.
• Assist the marketing team in

  campaign execution and follow-ups

• Work proactively to resolve issues and escalate when required.
• Willing to take additional responsibilities in support or operations when needed.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and verbal).
• Presentable and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
• Prior experience in customer support or order management is a plus.
• Basic computer skills.
