JOB SUMMARY

Primary Skills

MUST HAVE:

1. Oracle EBS R12 &

   Oracle Cloud Fusion Finance

   Implementation (Configuration, Fit-Gap analysis) & Testing experience at least

   6 years

2. Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance
3. Modules: Account Payables, Account Receivables, General Ledger, Cash Management, Fixed Assets
4. Processes: Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Asset to Retire, Source to Contract, Customer to Cash, Project to Report
5. Basic understanding of Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Supply Chain Management (SCM)
6. Very strong with integration implementation and testing expertise:
7. Complex customization, change impact analysis on upstream / downstream systems
8. Purchase Order in another system (Tungsten), integrating with Oracle Fusion Cloud (capturing payments) and invoicing being done by third party tool
9. Swagger integrated tool (Inbound/Outbound integration)
10. Experience of 5-6 years on at least 2 financials implementations & testing
11. Business Requirements Elicitation
12. Solution / Configuration
13. Conf Room Pilot / UAT involvement
14. Experience in integration testing
15. Good understanding of Agile Process and experience in working with Agile teams
16. Good understanding of testing techniques and methodologies
17. Hands on experience with Jira-Zephyr Test Management
18. Understanding Oracle release process / Upgrades / Patches and impact assessments.
19. Understanding of change management and change control processes
20. Self-motivated and self-directed abilities to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment when there is no right answer and aligning with "time-critical" deadlines
21. Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
22. Adhere to best practices in support & maintenance model to meet best of the SLAs
23. Ability to collaborate and work with different teams
24. Excellent communication skills
25. Agreement to 3 days work from office from client location (Bangalore Whitefield)
