Oracle Support - ITSM Documentation Specialist

Role Description

We are seeking an Oracle Support - ITSM Documentation Specialist for a full-time, on-site position located in Noida. The responsibilities of this role include managing and documenting Oracle-based IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance business processes, analyzing and optimizing Oracle HR and Applications, and ensuring smooth integrations between Oracle platforms and other systems. The specialist will also provide technical support and expertise to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Business Processes and their optimization
• Experience and expertise in Consulting and process documentation
• Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle HR and Oracle Applications
• Familiarity with Integration processes and best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams
• Proficiency in technical writing and documentation
• Relevant certifications in Oracle platforms or ITSM processes are a plus
• Experience in understanding and supporting IT systems is highly desirable
