Role & responsibilities: Develop and optimize Oracle PL/SQL queries to extract and manipulate data based on business requirements. Design and implement waterfall models for campaign analytics using Oracle PL/SQL. Leverage Python to build predictive models for market segmentation, product recommendations, next-best offers, campaign uplift analysis, and channel performance evaluation. Work on collaborative analytics to enhance campaign effectiveness. Capture dynamic business user inputs, create predefined queries, and ensure data accuracy for real-time decision-making. Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, and IT to improve campaign strategies. Ensure best practices in data modeling, ETL, and performance tuning in an Exadata-based Data Warehouse (DWH) environment. Preferred candidate profile - Experienced in Oracle PL/SQL, Python, and Data Analytics. Strong understanding of banking campaigns, customer behavior analytics, and data-driven marketing strategies. Experience in banking or financial services domains with exposure to marketing & Campaign analytics. Prior work in a Data Warehouse (DWH) environment on Exadata.
