Role: Oracle Performance Management Specialist Location: PAN India Role Proficiency Act creatively to develop applications by selecting appropriate technical options, optimizing development, maintenance, and performance using design patterns and reusable solutions. Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day project execution and oversee the development activities of others. Key Outcomes Develop application features/components as per design specifications. Code, debug, test, document, and communicate the development stages. Validate solutions with users and integrate systems effectively. Choose and implement optimal technical approaches. Improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality. Drive customer satisfaction and team engagement. Set and review FAST goals for self and team. Performance Measures Adherence to engineering processes and coding standards. Timely project delivery and schedule adherence. Technical issue count during execution. Number of defects (pre- and post-delivery). Non-compliance occurrences. Team attrition rates. Completion of compliance trainings on time. Key Responsibilities Development Code according to specifications. Define and review coding standards, templates, and checklists. Conduct peer and team code reviews. Documentation Create/review design documents, test cases, checklists, and guidelines. Configuration Define and enforce configuration management plans. Testing Review/create unit test cases and test scenarios. Support testing team with clarifications and review test plans. Domain Relevance Guide developers on business-relevant design decisions. Obtain domain knowledge and certifications. Project Management Support project planning and delivery of modules. Manage complex user stories. Defect Management Conduct root cause analysis (RCA). Track and mitigate recurring defects. Estimation Contribute to effort estimation and resource planning. Knowledge Management Use and contribute to internal knowledge bases and documentation libraries. Release Management Monitor and execute release processes. Design Create HLD, LLD, SAD, and data models. Contribute to application and business component architecture. Customer Interface Clarify requirements for the development team. Present design options and conduct product demos. Collaborate with customer architects for design finalization. Team Management Set and review FAST goals. Mentor and guide team members. Ensure engagement, upskilling, and retention. Certifications Obtain relevant domain and Oracle HCM Cloud certifications. Skills & Competencies Technical & Functional Skills Oracle HCM Cloud (especially Performance Management module) Configuration of Oracle Recruiting/Performance Management modules SQL, data models, database concepts Application development and testing System integration and troubleshooting Soft Skills Effective communication and business etiquette Team leadership and mentorship Customer interaction and presentation Decision-making under pressure Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) Knowledge Areas Functional & technical design principles Programming in multiple languages DBMS and operating systems SDLC and RAD tools Interface and modeling technologies Domain expertise in HR/Recruiting/Performance Management Additional Responsibilities: Oracle Performance Management Specialist Key Responsibilities Configure and implement Oracle HCM Cloud's Performance Management module. Design performance management processes aligned with HR policies. Maintain accurate performance data and review progress. Train managers and employees on system use. Troubleshoot system/data issues and support upgrades. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize processes. Required Qualifications Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Performance Management. In-depth knowledge of performance management best practices. Understanding of HR policies and compliance. Strong SQL and data handling capabilities. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Oracle certifications (preferred).
