As an Oracle Identity Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing identity and access management solutions. This role is crucial for ensuring effective identity governance and access management within the organization, aligning with IT strategy and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect Oracle Identity Manager solutions to meet business needs and IT strategy.
• Implement and configure Oracle Identity Manager, including connectors and access management features.
• Integrate Oracle Identity Manager with various systems and applications.
• Customize Oracle Identity Manager functionalities, including developing custom connectors and workflows.
• Provide ongoing support for Oracle Identity Manager implementations, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Ensure Oracle Identity Manager implementations adhere to industry best practices and security policies.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, with a focus on Oracle Identity Manager.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing Oracle Identity Manager solutions in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of identity governance, compliance, and role-based access control.
• Proficiency in Java, XML, SQL, and other relevant technologies.
• Experience with integration of Oracle Identity Manager with various systems and applications.

Preferred Skills / Attributes:

• SailPoint IIQ certification is preferred.
• Experience with other IAM or security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
• Strong understanding of security best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
