Job description:
We are seeking an Oracle HCM Talent Senior Consultant to join our team at Inoapps India Private Limited. The successful candidate will have strong implementation experience with Oracle Talent and Performance Management and excellent stakeholder management skills. Responsibilities • Implement Oracle Talent, Performance and Compensation modules. • Manage stakeholders and client relationships. • Lead the project and ensure timely delivery of milestones. • Configure the modules as per client requirements. • Prepare design documents, conduct fit-gap analysis and execute testing strategies.
Skills & experience:
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Talent and Performance Management implementation. • Hands-on experience with end-to-end implementations is a must. • Good understanding of HR processes. • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
