Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with expertise in Payroll, Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), and Core HR to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementation, support, and configuration of Oracle HCM modules, ensuring smooth HR, payroll, and time-tracking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Oracle Payroll, OTL, and Core HR to align with business requirements.
  
• Perform end-to-end payroll processing, validations, and compliance checks to ensure accuracy and regulatory adherence.
  
• Configure Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) to manage work schedules, time policies, and approval workflows.
  
• Manage Core HR functionalities, including employee records, work structures, and workforce administration.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and deliver effective Oracle HCM solutions.
  
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Oracle HCM applications.
  
• Work on data migration, integrations, and reporting using HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas.
  
• Ensure payroll compliance with local labor laws, taxation policies, and global payroll standards.
  
• Support and optimize payroll interfaces with third-party vendors and banking systems.
  
• Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing), training, and documentation for end-users and HR teams.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with expertise in Payroll, OTL, and Core HR.
  
• Strong understanding of Payroll processing, taxation, year-end activities, and payroll costing.
  
• Hands-on experience in HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, OTBI, and HDL (HCM Data Loader).
  
• Knowledge of absence management, payroll integration, and benefits administration is a plus.
  
• Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and Web Services (SOAP/REST API) for Oracle HCM integrations.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve payroll and HR issues.
  
• Excellent communication skills to work with business users, HR teams, and IT stakeholders.
  
• Oracle Cloud Payroll or HCM certification is a plus.
