Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant

You have 6-8 years of experience and are proficient in Oracle HCM Cloud environment or other Oracle versions related to HCM. You have expertise in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle such as requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, and testing. You are capable of leading a work stream, reviewing project deliverables, and demonstrating a clear understanding of Oracle/Cloud HCM concepts, end-to-end business processes, key integration points, and cross-functional collaboration across different business processes within an organization. You possess knowledge of project implementation methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid Agile, along with excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. Your responsibilities include advising on best practices, mapping business processes to delivered functionality, documenting requirements, configuring application functionality, and assisting with testing. You should have experience in designing and testing Reports, Interfaces, and conversions, developing test scripts and testing scenarios, conducting User Acceptance Testing, and working with users to validate solutions. Additionally, you will document and track customer product enhancement requests and discovered bugs, define, build, and implement enhancements to HR processes, optimize cloud technology, and demonstrate expertise in implementation, testing, communications, and working independently.
