Position: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with ORC and Redwood.
Type: Hybrid
Timings: 2-11 PM OR 3-12 Midnight IST
Cloud HCM Functional with Redwood with 6-8 yrs exp,
* Lead the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud's Redwood user interface across various HR modules like core HR, talent management, payroll, and benefits.
* Ensure a smooth transition from legacy interfaces to the modern Redwood experience.
* Configure Redwood-specific features like personalization, search, and navigation to optimize user experience.
* Possess in-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities, including core HR, talent management, payroll, and benefits.
* Understand HCM business processes and best practices to align implementations with organizational needs.
* Configure and test HCM Cloud modules to meet specific business requirements.
* Project Management:
* Manage the implementation project timeline, budget, and resources effectively.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT, and other consultants.
* Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and adherence to quality standards.
* Change Management:
* Assist in the change management process to help users adapt to the new Redwood interface and functionalities.
* Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions.
* Provide ongoing support to users after the implementation.
