The ideal candidate will possess 35 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud or E-Business Suite and have a solid understanding of HR business processes and system configurations. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze business needs, design effective solutions, and deliver enhancements and implementations that align with organizational objectives. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into functional specifications and configurations in Oracle HCM. Provide functional support across various Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Time & Labor. Configure, test, and implement Oracle HCM applications based on best practices and client requirements. Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, user training, and post-implementation support. Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, identify root causes, and recommend long-term solutions. Support Oracle HCM upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations. Develop and maintain documentation including process flows, functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials. Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure effective solution delivery. Conduct end-user training sessions and provide ongoing functional support. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 35 years of experience working in a functional consultant role with Oracle HCM (Cloud or EBS). Strong understanding of HR business processes and policies. Proven experience in configuring and supporting one or more Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, etc.). Experience in working with business users to gather requirements and provide solutions using Oracle HCM. Ability to create functional design documents and collaborate with technical teams for development. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus. Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects. Familiarity with integration tools and reporting solutions such as OTBI, BI Publisher, or HDL.
