Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

As a Functional Oracle HCM Specialist, your role will be pivotal in configuring and optimizing the Oracle HCM platform to support business growth and enhance the employee experience. You will serve as a liaison between HR and IT, ensuring effective configuration and maintenance of Oracle HCM modules to streamline HR processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Configure and maintain Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence, Compensation, Talent, Recruitment, and Learning to align with business requirements. - Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and design functional solutions. - Test and validate system changes to ensure they align with business processes. - Support HR in user acceptance testing (UAT) and troubleshoot functional issues in coordination with IT and Oracle Support. - Manage system configurations including approval workflows and security roles. - Provide training and documentation to IT HR team members. - Ensure data integrity through functional audits and process improvements. - Partner with IT HR colleagues on system upgrades and enhancements. - Stay updated with Oracle HCM roadmap updates. **Key Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business, or related field. - Hands-on functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM. - Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance. - Experience in system configuration and functional testing within Oracle HCM. - Familiarity with OTBI/BI Publisher for reporting. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. - Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. **Nice to Have:** - Experience in leading functional audits. - Knowledge of emerging trends in HR technology. - Advanced certification in Oracle HCM.
