About the role: As a HCM Functional Consultant, you would be responsible for Support Oracle Financials implementation by assisting in cash management, Advanced Collections setup, and project documentation, while collaborating with teams and helping deliver stakeholder reports. What Youll Do: Assist in the implementation of Oracle Financials solutions to meet business needs, adhering to industry best practices. Support global cash management processes, including integration with banks using formats like BAI2 and SWIFT MT 940. Aid in the setting up of Advanced Collections, including dunning letters, collection strategies, customer scoring, and KPI tracking. Collaborate with development teams and consultants on Oracle ERP projects. Maintain project documentation such as solution designs and configuration guides. Support the preparation and delivery of status reports for stakeholders. On your first day, we'll expect you to have: Good understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP Well versed with Hire to Retire Lifecycle 7+ years Experience in HCM modules such as Core HR/Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service, Workforce Compensation, Goal Management and Performance Management, Recruiting Journeys, Learning Management, Talent Review, Succession Planning. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. Interest in learning business process optimization and Oracle ERP integrations. Ability to work flexible hours for global collaboration. Certifications in HCM modules (desirable but not mandatory). Willingness to attend meetings during late evenings is essential. Preferred MBA-HR with excellent communication skills. Functional consultant worked on Core HR/Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service, Workforce Compensation, Goal Management and Performance Management, Recruiting Journeys, Learning Management, Talent Review, Succession Planning Experience in EBS, Peoplesoft will be an added advantage Well versed with implementation methodology, deliverables, data migration, OTBI reporting Exposure to Redwood pages, Gen AI will be an added advantage Benefits: At Calfus, we value our employees and offer a strong benefits package.
