Job Title: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design as-is and to-be business processes.
  
• Conduct prototype demonstrations, configure functional solutions, develop test scripts, and deliver client/user training.
  
• Drive effort estimation, resource planning, and other project management activities.
  
• Lead practice initiatives and ensure timely delivery with high-quality outcomes.
  
• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across three or more modules.
  
• Work efficiently in onsite/offshore delivery models and coordinate with multiple client stakeholders.
  
• Provide clear and proactive updates on project status, issues, and risks to Project Management.
  
• Mentor, coach, and guide junior team members while managing performance in a dynamic environment.
  

Skills & Competencies:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on implementation experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant.
  
• Strong expertise in the latest Oracle HCM Cloud release.
  
• Practical knowledge of tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and ServiceNow.
  
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  
• Proven ability to lead medium to large teams and independently engage with onsite leads/clients.
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple assignments/projects simultaneously with a focus on quality and delivery excellence.
  

Qualifications:

• Graduate degree with MBA (HR specialization)

  or

• B.Tech / B.E. with relevant Oracle Fusion HCM experience.
