Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced OTL Migration Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing the migration of Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) systems. This role involves analyzing current systems, developing migration strategies, implementing new technical solutions, and providing ongoing support to ensure optimal system performance. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Oracle applications, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules as per client requirements.
  • Write and debug Fast Formulas in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the HR team and end-users.
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure successful migration and implementation.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud: The candidate must have a strong understanding and hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including its functionalities, capabilities, and limitations.
  • Core HR: The candidate should have a deep understanding of Core HR processes and should be able to implement and configure them in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Fast Formulas: The candidate should have experience in writing and debugging Fast Formulas in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

Preferred Skills

  • Payroll: Experience with Oracle Payroll or other payroll systems would be beneficial.
  • AI Apps for HR: Knowledge of AI applications for HR, including their implementation and usage, would be an advantage.
  • Absence Management: Experience with absence management systems and processes.
  • Talent Management: Understanding of talent management processes and systems.
  • Workforce Compensation: Knowledge of workforce compensation processes and systems.
  • Benefits: Understanding of benefits processes and systems.
  • Time and Labor: Experience with time and labor processes and systems.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical and functional issues.
