Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Oracle HCM Cloud Specialist


Qualifications

  • Administer and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules, primarily Core HR and Journeys.
  • Design, configure, and deploy Oracle Journeys to support employee lifecycle events and HR service delivery.

  • Develop and maintain custom applications and extensions using Redwood UI and Visual Builder Studio (VBS).

  • Review, update, and manage custom security roles, ensuring appropriate access controls and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations and workflows.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve user experience and system efficiency.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support testing, documentation, and training efforts for new features and system updates.
  • Experience in remote working environments
