Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 full-cycle implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud (Global HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Workforce Management)
• Mandatory

  implementation experience in Payroll

  ; Fast Formula experience is an advantage
• Strong product knowledge in HCM modules like

  Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Performance, Absence, T&L, Help Desk

• Familiarity with

  monthly/quarterly Cloud updates

• Good experience in

  support projects

  with SLA adherence
• Earlier experience in

  Oracle EBS (Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, etc.)

  preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in presales, estimation, and solution design
• Must be open to client interaction and leading delivery teams
• Professional certifications in HCM Cloud modules (at least one is preferred)

Preferred Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or Engineering with specialization in Human Resource Management.
