Role Overview: You will be joining the team as an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant with a focus on Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM). Your role will involve leading and managing end-to-end Oracle GTM implementations, conducting feasibility analysis, preparing configuration documents, contributing to solution development, and providing support for Oracle GTM Cloud quarterly releases. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle GTM implementations, with a minimum of 3 full-cycle projects as a Functional or Solution Lead. - Conduct feasibility analysis and develop POCs (Proof of Concepts) for GTM applications. - Prepare configuration documents, identify application functional gaps, and collaborate with Oracle and client teams for optimal solutions. - Contribute to solution development, including testing and deployment planning. - Design and implement workarounds for identified functional gaps. - Create and maintain detailed design documents, use cases, and test documentation. - Develop technical documentation as part of the implementation lifecycle. - Provide support for Oracle GTM Cloud quarterly releases and updates. - Assist in on-premise to cloud migration initiatives. - Demonstrate strong domain knowledge in global trade and compliance processes. Qualification Required: - 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle GTM implementations. - Proven experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant in global trade or transportation management domains. - Certification in Oracle GTM Cloud is a strong plus. - Strong understanding of GTM configurations, compliance rules, and master data management. - Experience with on-premise to cloud migration is highly desirable. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
