Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Global Payroll Cloud Functional Consultant with 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, particularly focused on UK Payroll. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of UK statutory payroll requirements, system configurations, and payroll processing within Oracle Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and support of Oracle Global Payroll Cloud for UK clients.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional configurations.
• Configure payroll elements, fast formulas, balance definitions, costing, and statutory reporting.
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing cycles, including pre-payroll validations and post-payroll activities.
• Coordinate UAT, SIT, and parallel runs with business users.
• Work closely with technical teams for integration and reporting requirements.
• Troubleshoot payroll-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Stay updated on changes in UK payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and user training materials.

Required Skills:

• 4–7 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud functional consultant with specialization in Global Payroll (UK).
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll statutory processes and legislation.
• Hands-on experience with payroll configuration, fast formulas, and retro pay setup.
• Experience with Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, and Time & Labor is preferred.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment.
