Job Description

Hiring!!!!!!!! 60-70% Onsite Work!!!!!!!!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and participate in
end-to-end implementations
of Oracle EBS/Fusion HCM modules.
Provide
functional and technical expertise
in HCM modules including (but not limited to)
Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Compensation, Performance Management, Talent Management, ORC, and Benefits
.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver appropriate HCM solutions.
Manage
onsite-offshore coordination
, including task delegation, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
Work closely with cross-functional teams for the delivery of
integrated business processes
.
Deliver high-quality documentation, configuration, testing, and support services.
Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for
Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion)
and/or
EBS HCM
.
Ensure timely issue resolution and manage user expectations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in
Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
.
48 years of hands-on experience
with Oracle EBS and/or Fusion HCM applications.
Proven experience in
end-to-end implementations
and post-production support.
Strong understanding of
Oracle HCM architecture
and configuration.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across various levels of an organization.
Strong
problem-solving, analytical
, and organizational skills.
Experience in
client-facing roles
, with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
