Job Description

This position will provide

functional support for the Oracle Cloud GL and Oracle EPM modules

–

ARCS, EDMCS and FCC

.This role requires the ability to communicate effectively with business users and prepare documentation for requirements, application configurations, test scripts, training material, and functional specifications.In addition to providing day-to-day support, the incumbent is expected to take the lead on rolling out new enhancement requests for GL and EPM modules. Extensive Oracle Cloud experience for these modules is required, along with strong analysis and problem-solving skills.A proven track record of supporting complex systems in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Job Responsibilities

Provide user functional support for Oracle Cloud GL, Oracle Cloud EPM – ARCS, FCCS, EDMCS.
Lead the hands-on configuration in Oracle Cloud Financials (GL, FA and EPM) and work with key stakeholders to develop solutions in alignment with business requirements.
Partner with customers' business stakeholders to execute all phases of the implementation lifecycle – requirements, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Provide guidance to the technical team in the development of custom solutions across Reports, Integrations, Conversions, and Extensions.
Develop and execute test plans for regression testing for patches, enhancement requests, configuration changes, etc.

Job Qualifications

8-10 years’ experience implementing and/or supporting Oracle GL, FA.
3+ years of Oracle Cloud production support experience is required.
3+ years prior experience with Oracle Cloud Financials, with 2-3 full-lifecycle implementations, is preferred.
Expertise in:

Oracle Cloud GL
Oracle Cloud EPM – ARCS, FCCS, EDMCS
