Responsibilities

• Deliver functional and technical solutions independently for Oracle implementations.
• Apply Oracle methodology, best practices, and company processes on customer engagements.
• Configure and implement SCM applications, ensuring client needs are met effectively.
• Lead workshops on architecture, solution design, and integration strategies.
• Facilitate Conference Room Pilots and client-facing solution discussions.
• Act as project lead or key consultant on moderately complex assignments.
• Collaborate with client leadership to ensure successful outcomes.
• Contribute to business development and pre-sales activities.
• Prepare detailed configurations and solution documents for customer requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong functional knowledge in SCM, particularly in Procurement, Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, SQM, Approval Management (AMX/BPM), and Inventory.
• Desirable exposure to Order Management, Pricing, Service Contracts, Install Base, Manufacturing, and Planning.
• 34+ full lifecycle implementations (US experience preferred).
• Experience with architecture design, solution workshops, and integration design.
• Hands-on experience configuring Oracle applications in client-facing roles.

Education:

• UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Computers, BCA in Computers
• PG: M.Tech in Computers, MCA in Computers, MBA (preferred)
• Experience: 510 years in Oracle EBS or Cloud Application implementations.
• Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, analytical, and collaborative team player with a willingness to learn.
