What Youll Do

• Deliver functional and technical solutions for moderately complex Oracle SCM engagements.
• Operate independently, applying best practices, Oracle methodologies, and proven processes.
• Collaborate with customer leadership teams to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Configure applications, design integrations, and lead workshops to support implementation success.
• Contribute to business development activities and consult on solution architecture.
• May act as a lead consultant on projects, guiding junior team members.

What Youll Bring

• Expertise in SCM modules such as Procurement (Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, SQM), Approval Management (AMX/BPM), and Inventory Management.
• Additional exposure to modules like Order Management, Pricing, Service Contracts, Install Base, Manufacturing, and Planning is an advantage.
• Experience in at least 34 full-cycle implementations (US project experience preferred).
• Proven ability to conduct workshops, design solutions, and manage Conference Room Pilots.
• Hands-on experience configuring applications in client-facing roles.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• 510 years of experience in EBS or Cloud Application implementations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present solutions clearly.
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical abilities, with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
