Responsibilities Deliver functional and technical solutions independently for Oracle implementations. Apply Oracle methodology, best practices, and company processes on customer engagements. Configure and implement SCM applications, ensuring client needs are met effectively. Lead workshops on architecture, solution design, and integration strategies. Facilitate Conference Room Pilots and client-facing solution discussions. Act as project lead or key consultant on moderately complex assignments. Collaborate with client leadership to ensure successful outcomes. Contribute to business development and pre-sales activities. Prepare detailed configurations and solution documents for customer requirements. Required Skills & Experience Strong functional knowledge in SCM, particularly in Procurement, Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, SQM, Approval Management (AMX/BPM), and Inventory. Desirable exposure to Order Management, Pricing, Service Contracts, Install Base, Manufacturing, and Planning. 34+ full lifecycle implementations (US experience preferred). Experience with architecture design, solution workshops, and integration design. Hands-on experience configuring Oracle applications in client-facing roles. Education: UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Computers, BCA in Computers PG: M.Tech in Computers, MCA in Computers, MBA (preferred) Experience: 510 years in Oracle EBS or Cloud Application implementations. Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills. Self-driven, analytical, and collaborative team player with a willingness to learn.
