Job Title: Package Consultant – Oracle SCM Cloud

Location:

BengaluruExperience ; 4- 7

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Oracle SCM Cloud Functional Consultant

with expertise in

Order Management and Supply Chain Execution

. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Fusion SCM modules, driving solution design, and bridging business requirements with Oracle Cloud capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Order Management and Supply Chain Execution modules.
Design To-Be (future state) processes, leveraging Oracle Cloud functionalities.
Perform fit-gap analysis between standard Oracle features and client business requirements.
Propose solutions, workarounds, or functional specifications for custom developments.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure process alignment and successful solution adoption.
Support testing, training, and deployment of Oracle SCM Cloud solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to drive supply chain transformation initiatives.

Mandatory Skills

Skills & Experience Required

7+ years of functional experience in Order Management / Supply Chain Execution.
Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Order Management and Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Execution modules.
Solution Design experience in SCM Cloud implementations.
Ability to conduct fit-gap analysis and translate business needs into Oracle Cloud solutions.
Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash and Supply Chain processes.

Good to Have

Experience in multiple full-cycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementations.
Knowledge of integrations with other Oracle Fusion modules.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Telecom industry experience is a plus.
