Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional ORCShould have 6+ Years of total experience & 4+ Years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Application
Should have completed at least 2 full life cycle implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM especially on Core HR, Recruitment Modules
Should have experience on Fast Formulae, Personalizations, BIP Reports, Dashboards specific to Core HR , Recruitment Modules
Should have expertise in Integration methodologies and interfaces HDL, Web services, Data extracts, 3rd Party Integrations
In depth understanding of History Data Conversion , History Data Loading/migration
In depth understanding of Security process in Fusion Apps
Good Documentation skillsASIS, Technical Specifications/Design, Test Scenarios, User Manuals, Training documents, SOPShould have experience in writing test cases/scripts/scenarios covering end to end business process
Coordinating User Acceptance Testing with clientsShould be able to perform his/her duties independentlyShould have Good Communication Skills (verbal & written)Should have worked with Global clientsAny experience with US Clientele is good to have
