Job Title :Oracle Fusion HCM Functional ConsultantJob Location -HyderabadJob Summary:We are seeking an experiencedOracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules and a strong track record of successful implementations, support, and upgrades. You will work closely with HR and IT stakeholders to deliver best-in-class solutions and ensure seamless system performance.Key Responsibilities:Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, etc.)Conduct requirement gathering sessions with HR and business stakeholders.Analyze business processes and recommend best-fit Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.Prepare functional design documents, test cases, and training materials.Collaborate with technical teams for integration, data migration, and reporting needs.Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements post go-live.Conduct testing (Unit, SIT, UAT) and support cutover\/go-live activities.Keep up with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and recommend relevant changes or improvements.Deliver end-user training and support change management efforts.Required Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, or related field.[8+] years of experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud \/ Fusion HCM Functional Consultant
