Roles: Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

Location: Navi Mumbai & Gurugram (Candidate from Navi Mumbai and Gurugram is only preferred).

Note: Immediate Joiner or 60 days of notice period is only considered.

Note: Candidate must have worked on atleast 2 end to end oracle HCM implementation project.

Responsiblities:

• Serve as the functional lead for Oracle Fusion HCM, supporting end-to-end implementation and continuous improvement efforts.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules with support in data transfer and migrations.
• Design and implement workflows and approval hierarchies based on business needs and compliance requirements.
• Support integration of HCM processes with logistics platforms.
• Create functional documentation (BRD, FDD, test scripts, SOPs), support SIT/UAT cycles, and provide user training.
• Collaborate with technical teams on custom reports, interfaces, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.
• Provide post-implementation support and lead enhancement initiatives.
• Stay current with Oracle Fusion updates and advise on best practices, process improvements, and automation opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in related discipline.

• 6 - 8 years of experience

  with Oracle HCM modules, including

  3+ full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementations

  .
• Solid understanding of processes specific

  HCM lifecycle management

  .
• Knowledge of approval workflows and document management.
• Familiarity Fusion reporting tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, client-facing, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle Cloud Certification(s).
• Prefer experience with

  Agile project delivery

  .
• Exposure to

  global rollouts

  , multi-entity sourcing strategies, and localization requirements.
• Should have worked on end to end Oracle projects with technical background and

  not as user support.

• Experience with

  tool transitions (esp Oracle, Darwinbox).

• Expertise solving backend queries.
