Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Architect with 10+ years of experience with a solid understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. The ideal candidate will lead solution design, implementation, and integration for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements. This role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Architecture Design end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance solutions (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM). Integrate Finance modules with SCM (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management). Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Implementation & Configuration Lead configuration of Fusion Financials and SCM modules. Define COA, ledgers, tax rules, intercompany setups, and approval workflows. Oversee data migration and integration with third-party systems. Stakeholder Engagement Conduct workshops with business users to gather requirements. Present solution design and obtain sign-off from client leadership. Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. Quality Assurance Validate functional designs and test scripts. Support UAT and resolve issues promptly. Project Leadership Provide guidance to functional consultants and technical teams. Ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Required Skills & Experience Technical Expertise 8+ years in Oracle ERP implementations, with at least 3+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud. Strong knowledge of Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) and SCM modules (Procurement, Inventory, OM). Experience with integration tools (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs). Functional Knowledge Deep understanding of financial processes, tax compliance, and supply chain flows. Familiarity with localization requirements (e.g., statutory reporting). Soft Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong client-facing experience and ability to manage C-level stakeholders. Problem-solving and leadership capabilities. Preferred Qualifications Oracle Cloud Certification in Financials and/or SCM. Experience in multi-country rollouts and complex enterprise environments.
