SAP ABAP Technical Lead

• 8+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with at least 2 full-cycle projects as Technical Lead.
• Strong expertise in ABAP, including Interfaces, Enhancements, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and OData.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in OOABAP is mandatory.
• Proven ability to lead development teams, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Functional knowledge in SAP PM, SAP PLM, SAP MM, and SAP ISU is an added advantage.
• Experience with SAP Enterprise mobility concepts and SAP Gateway is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• 8-12 years of experience in software development, with significant exposure to SAP technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in technical leadership roles within SAP projects.
• B.E./ B.Tech (Computer Science, Information Science, Electronics and Communication)
• MCA/M.Tech (Computer Science)
