About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to join our team with a primary focus on the Benefits module. In this role, you will be the subject matter expert, responsible for the design, configuration, and functional integrity of Oracle Cloud Benefits. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless integration with Payroll and will take ownership of client deliverables from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and testing of the Oracle Cloud Benefits module.
• Analyze and resolve complex functional issues, especially those related to the integration between Benefits and Payroll.
• Act as the primary functional expert for Benefits, working directly with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Own the functional design for integrations between HCM and other systems, collaborating effectively with technical teams for development and deployment.
• Provide end-to-end ownership of projects and support activities, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and create necessary documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support.
• Must have deep, proven expertise in configuring and supporting the

  Oracle Cloud Benefits

  module.
• In-depth understanding of the integration points between Benefits and Payroll, with experience troubleshooting related issues.
• Demonstrated experience in gathering client requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
• Strong client-facing skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks with a sense of ownership and urgency.
