Job Description

Oracle Functional testing

Experience:
Relevant experience in Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion application testing, often ranging from 2 to 10+ years depending on the seniority of the role (e.g., Associate vs. Principal Tester).

Domain Knowledge:
Strong functional knowledge of specific Oracle modules such as Finance (GL, AP, AR), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Human Capital Management (HCM), or particular industry domains like banking payments (NEFT, RTGS, SWIFT) or retail.

Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in testing processes, methodologies, and the SDLC life cycle.
- Hands-on experience with test management tools like Jira, Zephyr, or HP ALM.
- Experience with SQL/PL-SQL for data validation.
- Exposure to test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT, Opkey, TOSCA) is often a "good to have" or mandatory skill.
