Description
Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and proactive Oracle Fullstack Developer with 5–7 years of experience in building, maintaining, and scaling enterprise-grade applications using Oracle APEX , Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) , and PL/SQL . The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the full application stack and be well-versed in database development, frontend interface creation with APEX, and integrating with OCI services. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain applications using Oracle APEX for responsive and secure UIs. Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex PL/SQL code, procedures, triggers, and packages. Deploy and manage applications and services on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) . Integrate backend logic with frontend APEX components for seamless application behavior. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions. Perform data modeling, performance tuning, and code reviews. Implement and maintain security best practices in the APEX and OCI environments. Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely fixes. Participate in release planning, CI/CD automation, and production deployments. Key Skills & Technologies: Must-Have: Strong hands-on experience with Oracle APEX (v20+) Proficiency in PL/SQL and Oracle database concepts (11g/12c/19c) Good understanding and hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) components such as: Oracle Autonomous DB Oracle Object Storage Oracle Functions & API Gateway (optional) RESTful Web Services (consuming and creating) Experience in performance tuning of PL/SQL queries Nice to Have: Experience with Oracle APEX themes, plugins, and custom JavaScript integrations Familiarity with DevOps tools for Oracle (Liquibase, Jenkins, Git) Knowledge of authentication schemes like OAuth2, SSO within APEX Exposure to Agile/Scrum practices Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Oracle Certifications (e.g., Oracle APEX Developer Certified Specialist, OCI Foundations Associate) are a plus
