Job Description

Conduct a detailed analysis of the financial modules within Oracle Finance to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
Perform GAP analysis to identify areas where the current processes deviate from industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Develop process mapping and implementation strategies for the Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) modules.
Deep understanding of
Budgeting, grants management, fund accounting,& government compliance.
Engage with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and enhance system efficiency.
Lead initiatives for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning within Oracle Finance.
Maintain compliance with governmental financial regulations and ensure all processes are updated according to new laws and mandates.
Provide training and support to end-users, promoting adoption and optimizing usage of Oracle Finance modules.

Required Qualifications

B.Com/M.com/MBA (Finance) / Chartered Accountant (CA),Public Policy or Management
10+ years of experience in Oracle Financials module.
Extensive experience in financial process mapping and systems implementation.
Strong expertise in conducting GAP analysis and preparing action plans for process improvement.
Comprehensive knowledge of AP, AR, and GL functions within Oracle Finance.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgeting and compliance with financial regulations.
Familiarity with government financial regulations impacting financial processes and reporting.
Experience in PMU /Government Treasury projects will be an advantage.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex technical information
