Job Description:

Lead and execute data migration activities for Oracle ERP implementations (EBS/Cloud).
Analyze legacy data sources, design migration strategy, and build data mapping & transformation rules.
Develop, test, and execute data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) scripts.
Collaborate with functional teams to validate data quality and integrity.
Support cutover planning, data reconciliation, and post-migration activities.
Strong skills in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, data migration tools (e.g., FBDI, ADFDI, Oracle Data Integrator).
Experience in financial, SCM, or HCM modules preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
