Oracle EBS Techno functional consultant

Job Description:

• Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and General Ledger (GL)
  Act as a Techno-Functional Consultant for Oracle EBS P2P and GL modules with exposure to FA (Fixed Assets) and PA (Projects Accounting).
• Provide technical analysis, design, development, and support for Oracle RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).
  
• Build and maintain integrations with legacy systems, handling both inbound and outbound flows.
  
• Develop and optimize code using SQL and PL/SQL for business logic, reports, and data conversions.
  
• Write and execute Unix shell scripts for automation and data handling.
  
• Configure and support GL setups (Chart of Accounts, Ledger setups, Journals, Allocations, etc.).
  
• Support test case design and execution for functional and technical validation.
  
• Implement and support file transfers (NDM) and streaming data integrations using Kafka.
  
• Work with APIs and JSON for modern integration requirements.
  
• Collaborate with functional teams, business users, and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
  
• Provide production support, root cause analysis, and resolution of issues in P2P and GL areas.
  
• Prepare and maintain technical/functional documentation, including solution design and test cases Strong experience in Oracle EBS R12 with focus on P2P and GL modules.
  
• Secondary knowledge of FA (Fixed Assets) and PA (Projects Accounting) modules.
  
• Hands-on expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting.
  
• Proven experience in system integrations (inbound, outbound, legacy systems).
  
• Familiarity with RICE components and development lifecycle.
  
• Good knowledge of GL setups and financial processes.
  
• Experience in NDM and Kafka for integrations.
  
• Understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP) and JSON/XML formats.
  
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance-tuning skills.
  
• Ability to work as a techno-functional consultant bridging technical and business needs.
  
• Strong communication skills to interact with business and technical stakeholders
  
• Knowledge of Cloud migration/integration will be an advantage
