Experience : 10+ years Location : Pune About the Role We are seeking a skilled Oracle EBS R12 Core Developer - Technical Lead to join our team. This role involves leading technical development efforts and ensuring the successful implementation of Oracle EBS solutions. Responsibilities Lead the technical development of Oracle EBS R12 solutions. Collaborate with functional teams to ensure seamless integration. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. Participate in project planning and estimation activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in Oracle EBS R12 development. Required Skills Strong proficiency in C# and .NET technologies. Experience with Oracle EBS R12 Core Development. Knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 SCM and FIN modules. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Oracle EBS R12 ASCP and Integration Development. Familiarity with Oracle Apps DBA tasks.
