15–18 years of total experience with strong exposure to Oracle EBS R12 Financials.
Deep functional knowledge of financial processes, accounting principles, and statutory reporting.
Hands-on configuration and solutioning experience across all major Oracle Finance modules.
Strong understanding of multi-org setups, SLA, subledger accounting, period closing activities, and financial reporting.
Solid experience working with RICEFW components, integrations, and data migration.
Proven ability to lead workshops, drive solution design, and interact with C-level stakeholders.
Excellent documentation, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of Oracle EBS security, controls, and audit compliance.
Experience in Onsite/Offshore coordination and project leadership.
