Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HCM modules as well as Oracle Cloud HCM. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting solutions across Payroll, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as a functional consultant for Oracle EBS HCM modules (Payroll, Absence Management, Compensation, Benefits).
  • Provide end-to-end functional support for Oracle Cloud HCM modules including Payroll, Absence Management, Compensation, Benefits, HR Helpdesk (HRHD), and Talent Management.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, map them to Oracle solutions, and create functional design documents.
  • Configure applications to meet business requirements, including setups, lookups, fast formulas, and approvals.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user support for system enhancements and new functionalities.
  • Lead testing efforts including system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and parallel payroll runs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring compliance with statutory and organizational requirements.
  • Support migration from EBS HCM to Oracle Cloud HCM (if applicable).
  • Keep up to date with Oracle quarterly updates and ensure adoption of new features.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with business users and IT teams.
