Job Title Oracle EBS - DevOps Lead Location Bangalore, India Company Johnson Controls As an Oracle EBS - DevOps Lead, you will be responsible for the integration of DevOps practices into the Oracle E-Business Suite environment, ensuring smooth deployment, testing, and operation of the application. You will lead cross-functional teams to drive improvements in system performance and reliability, while maintaining a focus on automation and the reduction of manual processes. What you will do Lead the implementation of DevOps practices, tools, and methodologies within the Oracle EBS ecosystem. Manage the deployment pipeline, including CI/CD, and ensure high-quality software releases. Collaborate with development, operations, and infrastructure teams to optimize system performance and reduce downtime. Monitor application performance and implement strategies to enhance system reliability and efficiency. Facilitate cross-functional discussions to gather requirements and provide solutions for operational challenges. Conduct regular audits of deployment practices and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Mentor and guide team members in adopting DevOps principles and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 15+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on Oracle EBS and DevOps practices. Proven track record in leading DevOps transformations within enterprise environments. Strong understanding of Oracle EBS modules and their integration with DevOps tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
