Lead - Full Stack .NET Development (Technical Architect)

Position Objective

Key Responsibilities:

• The Technical Architect, a Subject Matter Expert on technology platforms/packages and brings in-depth development, design and architectural expertise to lend support to the delivery of complex solutions in Application Development space.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures using .NET technologies, Azure/AWS/GCP services.
• Project estimation, planning, risk analysis, assumptions identifications, costing and presentations to stakeholders.
• Adopt AI Productivity Tools for software engineering and coding and showcase productivity gains. Experience of reverse engineering requirements with help of AI tools and documentation into User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Create and maintain architecture diagrams, design documents, and technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain web applications using .NET Core, Razor, Angular/React, Web API, SQL Server, Node.js, Python and other modern web technologies.
• Expertise in DevOps of full stack applications using GitHub Actions in Azure/AWS/GCP.
• Monitor and optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Design and develop AI powered applications.

Unique Knowledge & Skill Requirement

• Proven experience as a Lead Full Stack Developer, .NET Architect, or similar role.
• Must have working experience with Solution Architect.
• Strong in project estimations, risks analysis, costing and presentations of proposal.
• Strong and proactive team leading role with collaborations, prioritization, monitoring, risk identification and mitigations.
• Strong expertise in .NET Core, Razor, C#, HTML, CSS, JS, and front-end frameworks such as Angular or React or Vue JS.
• Extensive experience with Azure Cloud services and architecture.
• Good to have experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AWS.
• Proficiency in cloud infrastructure and services (Compute Engine, App Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL), Entity framework and data storage solutions.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Strong in prompt engineering along with Claude Code / GitHub Copilot or similar tool for software engineering productivity.
• Experience in measuring metrics and KPIs.
• Experience of AI engineering and AI/ML development will be a plus point.
