Oracle CX Developer

• Role: Oracle CX Developer

• Contact: 6 months renewable

• Experience: Desirable Qualification: Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or Information Systems can be beneficial, with 4/6 years of relevant experience

OR

• Diploma in Computer Science or Management with 10+ years of relevant experience

• Location: India, Remote

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

Development & Customization:

1. Develop Oracle CX custom objects and extensions using Application Composer

2. Write Groovy scripts, workflows, and field updates to meet business needs

3. Build reports and dashboards using BI Publisher and OTBI

4. Support integration development using SOAP/REST APIs, ICS components, and VBCS

Testing & Deployment:

1. Conduct unit testing of developed code and prepare test documentation

2. Support system testing, UAT, and bug fixing

3. Deploy approved changes between environments following IT governance

Support & Maintenance:

1. Provide technical support for incidents and service requests

2. Troubleshoot and resolve bugs in Oracle CX applications

3. Escalate complex issues to senior developers or vendors 

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:

1. Maintain updated technical documentation for all developments 

2. Contribute to team knowledge base and SOPs 

Collaboration:

1. Work closely with system analysts and functional consultants to clarify requirements 

2. Collaborate with senior developers for code reviews and best practice adoption 3. Support business teams during UAT and go-live 

Continuous Learning:

1. Stay updated on Oracle CX enhancements and apply new features 

2. Participate in training and skill development initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Desirable Qualification: Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or Information Systems can be beneficial, with 4/6 years of relevant experience

OR

Diploma in Computer Science or Management with 10+ years of relevant experience

Work Experience:

Minimum 4/6 years experience in SDLC applied to software development projects, SQERT based project Analysis, Project management tools like MS Project, Resource management methodology and tools, Software development experience in coding computer programs is preferred.
