Job Description

As a lead techno-functional consultant with a minimum of 2 Oracle CDM implementations, your responsibilities will include: - Creating and modifying data structures, views, and data stores in Oracle CDM. - Handling ad-hoc data change requests from clients. - Working with complex data structures to extract and transform data. - Utilizing Oracle CDM features such as deduplication and merging of Account/Contact. - Demonstrating understanding of Oracle Sales Cloud. - Applying knowledge of SaaS Extensions using Groovy, data integrations, and Application Composer. - Designing and developing reports and dashboards based on business requirements. - Gathering business requirements, documenting them, conducting fit gap analysis, and mapping them to CDM application. - Engaging with business users from multiple units to ensure alignment of business goals and processes with technology solutions. - Performing system configurations, creating functional design documents, developing and documenting test scripts. - Conducting requirement and design workshops, managing conference room pilots, and facilitating user testing and training sessions. - Coordinating with Onshore & Offshore teams for project deliverables across different implementation phases. - Collaborating closely with business analysts and project managers to provide support.
