You should also have hands-on experience with different test tools and simulators, being able to script test cases using various scripts. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to mentor other engineers in the team. You should have experience working with teams using agile software development methodologies, CI/CD, Scrum, and SAFe. Additionally, you should have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to lead technical task forces, conduct design workshops, manage requirements, and possess coordination skills. Experience in authoring wireless product architecture documents, product architecture roadmaps, IPR creation, and new ideas/patents will be preferred.
