Key Responsibilities

Platform Development:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of e-commerce solutions using Oracle Commerce (ATG).

Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor a team of developers, promoting code quality, best practices, and efficient workflows.

Technical Architecture:

Architect and oversee the implementation of scalable and secure solutions tailored to business needs.

Collaboration:

Partner with business analysts, product managers, and designers to gather requirements and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.

Performance Optimization:

Continuously optimize the platform for performance, scalability, and reliability. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.

Integration Management:

Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems such as payment gateways, CRMs, and analytics tools.

Documentation and Standards:

Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and enforce development standards across the team.

Troubleshooting and Support:

Provide expert-level troubleshooting for critical issues, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Commerce (ATG) development.
• Proven experience leading development teams and delivering large-scale e-commerce projects.
• Expertise in Java, J2EE, and related frameworks like Spring.
• Experience with Oracle databases and RESTful APIs.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Oracle Commerce platform architecture and modules.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Angular) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Oracle Commerce/ATG.
• Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and headless commerce solutions.
