Job Description

Role Summary

Responsible for end-to-end solution design and technical leadership for building a new web application using Next.js and PostgreSQL, with seamless integration to Percipio as an external learning platform.

Key Responsibilities

Define overall architecture, including frontend (Next.js), backend, and data design (PostgreSQL).
Design secure and scalable integration patterns with Percipio APIs.
Establish CI/CD pipelines, deployment model, and environment strategy (Dev/Test/Prod).
Guide developers with best practices on React/Next.js SSR, API optimization, and database schema design.
Collaborate with Product Owner and BA to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Ensure compliance with performance, scalability, and security standards.

Skills & Experience

10+ years in full-stack or solution architecture roles.
Strong expertise in Next.js, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
Experience designing integrations with third-party platforms (REST, OAuth, API Gateway).
Knowledge of cloud-native deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
